At BuyBarber, we want you to be fully satisfied with your professional grooming tools and supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original, unopened packaging along with a copy of your packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship Back to Us

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
